Overview

Welcome to the yearbook’s Student Recognition Advertisement order form. These ads are designed to honor your 8th grader and/or your High School senior for all their accomplishments and congratulate them on moving on to the next stage of their lives.

All templates are fully customizable. We will update the name, year, and any other text on your chosen template.

Our Process

The process of ordering your custom recognition ad is easy.

1. Select a template and choose the size. Three design sizes are offered.

   • Full page | 8.5 x 11 inches

   • Half page | 8.5 x 5.5 inches

   • Quarter Page | 4.25 x 5.5 inches

2. In the checkout process, fill out all required information (ex. student name, custom text, etc.).

3. Once the order is placed, our yearbook staff will begin designing your ad. Within a couple of days of placing your order, you will receive an email with a link to upload your photos.

4. Once the design is complete, you will receive an emailed proof with the final artwork for your approval before sending it off to print.
